Section 9
Closing & Acknowledgments
A short close, plus what we ask you to confirm once you have read through the handbook.
9.1 Closing Words
Thank you for taking the time to read through this handbook. It exists to make work more predictable: you should know what to expect from us, and what we expect from you.
No document anticipates every situation. When you hit something these pages do not cover, ask — your manager and the People team would rather answer a question early than fix a misunderstanding later.
9.2 Handbook Acknowledgment
Employees are asked to confirm that they have received the handbook, had the chance to ask questions, and understand it is a general guide rather than an employment contract.
The acknowledgment is completed during onboarding and again after any significant revision. Your signed acknowledgment is kept in your employee record.
9.3 Questions and Updates
The People team maintains this handbook and reviews it regularly. Suggestions for clearer wording or missing topics are welcome.
When a section changes materially, we will announce the update and note it here so you can see what is new.
